New drop in meditation classes will be starting soon at the Community Place in Wooloowin. Classes will be held weekly on Thursdays from 7 – 8.15pm. The classes are taught by Buddhist nun Kelsang Norjin and include a guided breathing meditation, a short talk and a guided contemplative meditation. The topic for the first series of classes is Eight Steps to Happiness – learn eight meditations that lead us to complete inner peace and happiness. Classes are $15, no need to book.
