Well done for booking your place and avoiding a potentially long wait! Be aware that when you arrive we will be managing a queue of people, some with bookings and some without. We will do our best to be ready for you but if our volunteer fixers are busy when you arrive, or you are running late, you may have to wait your turn to have your item looked at.
Just a couple of things before we start:
- Bookings open one week before the workshop once we know what expertise will be on hand.
- Timeslots are for 30 minutes with the last booking at 11.30. Please respect community members by only having one booking per person and respect our volunteers by following our limits.
- Electrical repairs on mains powered items must be signed off by a licensed electrician. Volunteers with this qualification are scarce. If there are no timeslots available it might be because they are all booked or that our volunteers are not available.
